The process to keep current with the latest ExpertImage release is now easier. All updates are packaged to allow for self-service
updates. The current version is 7.6. We notify clients on a regular basis, but feel free to
contact us for the latest update.

Prebill Packager
A few months ago we were asked to help solve the problem of assembling and quickly distributing prebill reports at month-end.
Most firms print thousands of prebills and distribute the paper by various means, which can be a time consuming task.
We have been using a fast, automated process to convert word processor files into PDF files for years; this solves half of the problem.
The other half is solved with our new file assembly application, which is flexible enough to allow for any grouping and sorting required for the package content.
Together, these applications form a process capable of converting, consolidating, and packaging all prebills for the current
billing period - overnight. Distribution of the prebill packages can be handled using various methods. Generally, a "pull" method is
used, where the responsible biller or their secretary accesses a web page which lists all available prebill packages assigned to them.
Of course, email notification is another good approach.
